01. Data controller
Mons Calpe Sports Club Limited, registered in Gibraltar under company number 111667, is the controller for personal data processed through this website.
Registered office: Unit G02, Eurocity, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, contact admin@vamons.com.
02. What we use and why
- Enquiries: your name, email address, subject, message and subsequent correspondence to handle your request. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the club; where you ask us to take steps before entering a contract, that request is the basis.
- Operation and security: technical connection data, such as IP address, time, browser and server requests, to deliver the website and prevent abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service.
- Optional statistics: only with your consent, Google Analytics receives browser identifiers, pages visited, device information and approximate location, as well as events for opening and successfully submitting the contact form. The website does not send your name, email or message contents to Analytics.
The form fields are needed to respond to you; you can also contact us by email. Please do not submit identity documents, banking details, medical information or other sensitive data through the form. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
03. Who may receive the data
Messages go to admin@vamons.com and it@reygadas.com, for handling by the club and the Reygadas Sports Group support team. Hosting, email and maintenance providers may process data as needed to deliver these services, as may authorities where legally required.
If you accept statistics, Google receives the browsing data described above. We do not enable advertising features or Google Signals in this website integration.
04. International services
Hosting, email and Google Analytics may involve processing outside Gibraltar, including the United States. The applicable protections may differ by country. You can request information about recipients and safeguards relevant to your circumstances using the privacy contact email.
Google describes its contractual protection and transfer mechanisms in its data processing terms. See also how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
05. How long data is kept
Correspondence is kept while needed to handle and follow up your enquiry. Where it leads to a contractual relationship, legal obligation or claim, the period applicable to that purpose applies. The need to retain technical records is determined by security, incident resolution and applicable obligations.
Analytics is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; the latter period resets with new activity. These settings do not apply to aggregated statistical reports. Browser storage periods are listed in the cookie policy.
06. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You can withdraw Analytics consent through “Cookie preferences” without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
Email admin@vamons.com with your request. We will only ask for additional identity information where necessary. The normal response period is one month, subject to legally permitted extensions. You may complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA).
This website does not use automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.

We apply Gibraltar’s data protection framework, including the Gibraltar GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2004, as currently in force. Updates to this notice will be published with their date.
