Everyone involved with Mons Calpe SC is expected to promote fair play, respect match officials and treat others with dignity on and off the pitch. Bullying, discrimination, abuse and inappropriate behaviour are not tolerated.

Our duty of care extends to every young person participating in football, including referees and other youth match officials. The club applies zero tolerance to abuse, intimidation and harassment.

Mons Calpe SC stands against every form of racism. We promote education, provide clear reporting procedures and work to strengthen diversity throughout the club.

The club opposes discrimination and strives to create a welcoming environment across participation, coaching and employment. Discriminatory behaviour is addressed promptly.

Every adult involved with the club shares responsibility for protecting children and young people from harm, neglect and bullying. Concerns must be reported through the club's safeguarding process.
